The selected Broker will participate in and benefit from a high

numerous on-line affiliations. M.
J. Howes Realty Inc. is an Independent Brokerage thus the successful applicant shall not be required to pay
any franchise fees, real estate board membership dues or association fees
apart from required R.E.C.O. insurance, registration and continuing education
costs. An experienced applicant seeking a full-time or active part-time
position will be considered; however, be advised that M. J. Howes Realty Inc.
